Tony Wayne Millsaps

Tony Wayne Millsaps, 39, of Garfield Heights, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on January 28, 2023. He was born on August 2, 1983 in Cleveland, Ohio. He left the world a better place through his work as a devoted caregiver to the handicap. He leaves behind beautiful pieces of glass art murals his family will cherish in the years to come. Tony is survived by his loving parents Freddey and Joyce (nee James) Millsap, grandmother Christine Landreth, grandmother Roselee James, and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
