Victor Nieves Santiago

Victor Nieves Santiageo passed away on July 9, 2019. He was the son of the late Victor Nieves and Angelina Santiago. He leaves behind his companion, Minerva, his six step-children and fourteen step-grandchildren whom he loved dearly. He was a loving and kind person to everyone he came in contact with.
