Yahriesha Marie Ortiz

Yahriesha Marie Ortiz, age 24, passed away on September 12, 2024. She was born on April 26, 2000, in Waterbury, Connecticut, to her loving parents, Xiumara Vargas (Plaza) and Reinaldo Plaza. A devoted mother, she leaves behind her beloved sons, Phillip H. Wingfield III and Kyro James Wingfield. Yahriesha was a dear sister to Ninoshka Marie Ramirez, Reina Marie Plaza, Leahnnis Ines Plaza, Zaehliz Eloina Plaza, and Gloryanne Thaliye Ortiz, and a treasured aunt to Giannie Isabel Ortiz. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. 

Family and friends are welcome on Friday, September 20, 2024, from 4 to 9 p.m., at Slone & Co. Life Celebration Center 3556 W. 130th St. Cleveland, OH 44111, where a service will be held at 7 p.m. A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 10 a.m., at Holy Cross Cemetery 14609 Brookpark Rd. Brook Park, OH 44142 (please meet at gates by 9:45 a.m.).
